16 week old puppy teeth fell out or pushed in?

I think it fell out because i realized in his teeth there is a missing whole, no bleeding or nothing. But some of his other teeth is also wiggly. He is a chihuahua male, is this normal?He is going to be 17 weeks old in 2 days
