Can you help me out here?
Okay, I'm 16 yrs old and I am overweight. I am 5'4 and have been since I was 11? Anyways that's not my question. Right now, I got a huge lump of fat in my tummy area cuz I've been eating lotsa fast food and not been exercising. Can you people tell me precisely a good schedule (for all 7 days of the week) to go lose weight. I don't want to go to the gym. We have an open neighborhood, a swimming pool, I got a bike, some dumbbells. What I want is a schedule. Like for example on this day like on Monday I stay home and do this number of situps and pushups for this certain amount of time and the next day during the morning and evening you go jogging or walking around the place and on this other day you go whole time just swimming. remember, try to make this for someone like me, a 16 year old. Also so yeah tummy a huge lump of fat, also my thighs are full of fat and my butt cheeks lol. Even my arms are wiggly when I move it. I don't wanna get like abs or whatever that's not what I want I just wanna be fit, lose them fat. Also could you propose a diet I can have? I really wanna lose weight. I feel uncomfortable, hard to breathe (starting to) and I just don't like having the jiggly feeling. I wanna feel better about myself. About how much I weigh.. I'm not sure atm I am sure it is somewhere between 150 - 160
