Cracked tooth/filling falling out what to do/expect!?

I am sure you need the tooth extracted. It sounds like it is broken beyond repair. If you get root canal treatment in the tooth, the tooth will eventually need a crown. It sounds like you do not have enough tooth left to have a crown. I am almost positive you can find a clinic that will do dental work by your income.
