Cracked tooth with filling falling out. Advice/help?

This tooth needs extracted asap. Infection is an abscess and this will get infected pretty soon. Infection will spread to other teeth and abscess them causing severe pain. Non treated infections can spread to other body areas. You NEED the tooth out and definetly antibiotics quickly.
