What do guys look for in a girl that isn't disgusting?

I'm just curious. What do they look for? What do they like? (ex. personality, looks, style) What makes them run away or annoys them about girls? What qualities do they look for? Anything that doesn't have to do with acting like a slut or whore or anything. (I know not all guys look for that.)
