Using firefox 4.o how to get spell check on new Yahoo?

I have wasted too much time so please help in non technical language. I finally went with new Yahoo but there is no complete spell check/suggestions - only wiggly lines that are hard to read. I am using Firefox 4.0 which has a spell check but compatibility ?? Is there a simple spell check with reasonable vocabulary that will work under these arrangements please.
