I need some teeth advice?

Okay, when I was 9 or 10 I had this filling on the premolar near my canine on the top jaw on the left side. Now I'm 11, and it's super wiggly and at the same time it frikin hurts when i wiggle it. I have my denist appointment around this month, but I don't know what to do with it. Should I keep wiggling it, pull it already, or let the dentist have a look at it at the appointment. Please help! I can't cope with the pain it gives me!
