93 F-150 Front Brake Rotor Question?

The rotors are wiggly. We assume that there was a part inside the rotor on the back that we missed and tossed out with the old rotors. Google has not been helpful in finding a diagram to help me figure this out. Is this the case? And if so, what is this part called?
