Broken part on phone, will Verizon replace it?

They'll most likely try to determine whether or not you've dropped the phone or done some physical damage to it. If they think you haven't, then it should be fixed as a manufacturing defect. Otherwise the store probably won't be too helpful. If your phone isn't all scratched and beaten up though, I think that it's something that should be repaired. Good luck!
