Loose tooth??? What will happen?

So I went to the dentist cuz I got a gum infection and one my my permanent peg tooth is loose. One of the dentist said that they might have to pull out my permanent tooth. The other said that it might just be loose because of the infection. I know that that tooth was already wiggly before, but barely. In only got worst went my gums started getting inflamation. Im taking antibiotics now. Do you think it will tighten when the gums get better? If not, what will happen to my loose tooth if they take it out. W|Will I have to wear those fake teeth that I have to pull on and off. Or will they fill it in with something different (will it still feel like a real tooth to me)? Im only 16 i dont want to loose my tooth yet :(
