Permanent tooth falling off?

I'm 15 and have my last adult tooth coming in but it's coming right behind one of the permanent teeth I already have. So this one permanent tooth is wiggly and I noticed it's being pushed down b/c it appears longer.. I don't want my permanent tooth to fall off so what should I do??
