Tooth problem please help me I'm 13 not with my parents and scared.?

I got kneed in the face and my perminet tooth is wiggley I'm at a friends house and I don't wanna tell me parents till tomorrow to see how it works out. I have 2 like purpleish blackish lines that are very small by the tooth and it's really sore. This happen about 1 hour ago. And it's more forward then the others so I'm scared to close my teeth when I sleep I'm really tired but I'm scared I'm gonna bump it so what I am asking is, how long till you think it's less wiggly or not wiggly at all.how long till it's less sore, should I go to the dentist if so after how many days. And what should I do while sleeping.... And something to make me feel better like good new haha... :(
