Wiggling on changing table?

my almost 8 month daughter is soooo wiggly whe i am changing her on her changing table. It has high sides,but I still strap her in every time, and I never leave her side while she is on there but it is getting so difficult to change her clothes or diaper or clip her nails. any Ideas? mamma goin' crazy!
